Dashcam Pro Florida / Service Terms, Conditions, Booking Policy

By requesting a quote, completing a booking, or receiving services from Dashcam Pro Florida, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions and Booking Policy. Service Scope

• Dashcam Pro Florida provides professional installation of dashcams, CarPlay/Android Auto systems, and accessories for cars, trucks, RVs, and fleet vehicles.

• Installations are performed at your preferred location via our mobile service. Services include hardware setup, wiring (including hardwiring when applicable), and basic user education on device operation and settings.

  We customize installations for optimal performance and aesthetics while ensuring dashcams do not obstruct the driver’s view, in compliance with Florida law.

• Typical installation time is 1–3 hours for a single vehicle and may vary for complex or fleet projects. We will confirm estimated timelines during booking or project planning.

Customer Responsibilities

• You must provide the dashcam or accessory to be installed (unless purchased through us). Hardwire kits are not included unless specified.
• Review your vehicle’s lease or purchase terms to ensure compliance with any restrictions on modifications (e.g., fuse box access). We prefer OBD-II power connections where possible for simplicity and broad acceptance.
• Your vehicle must be accessible, clean, and in good working order at the scheduled appointment time.
• For fleet installations, you must inform drivers of dashcam usage to comply with privacy regulations.
• Dashcam Pro Florida is not liable for privacy disputes arising from unnotified use.

Service Call and Travel Policy

We do not charge for service calls as a general courtesy. However, extra charges may occasionally apply for commutes longer than 40 minutes. Any potential travel fees will be discussed and agreed upon with you during project planning before work begins.

Installation Process

• Installations are customized to your vehicle model for optimal performance and aesthetics, ensuring dashcams do not obstruct the driver’s view in compliance with Florida law.
• Typical installation time is 1–3 hours for single vehicles and may vary for fleet projects. We’ll confirm estimated timelines during booking.
• Hardwiring may require access to the vehicle’s fuse box. Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle’s battery is in good condition to avoid drainage issues.
• Vehicle Lease/Purchase Terms may prohibit access to the fuse box. Please review the section for Customer Responibiliities for details.

Payment and Scheduling

• A deposit may be required to secure your appointment slot. Full payment is due upon completion of the installation unless otherwise arranged.
• Pricing is based on vehicle type, device complexity, installation requirements, and location. A detailed quote will be provided or confirmed prior to booking.
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a $50 fee.

Warranty and Liability

• Our installation workmanship is guaranteed for 30 days. Issues due to installation defects will be addressed at no cost.
• We are not responsible for device malfunctions, data loss, damage to customer-supplied equipment, or issues related to the condition of your vehicle’s battery or electrical system.
• Dashcam Pro Florida is not liable for any legal issues arising from dashcam use (including privacy, recording regulations, or improper operation).

Modifications & Acceptance

• Dashcam Pro Florida reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
